Tom Mann
Tech Host
Tom has decades of experience in Television, radio media production and now podcasting both behind and in front of the camera and on the microphone.
​
Currently, Tom is the afternoon radio show presenter on WBVN 104.5fm in Southern Illinois. He hosts and produces the award-winning Emergency FD Storyline podcast and cohost of Brave Conversations with Danni Synot produced by AccessMore.
​
Tom began his career in radio in 1982 working through the years at 13 radio stations including: Rock 103 (WREC/WZXR) in Memphis, WMQM, WMSO Victory 63, WLVS/WEZI at the time was owned by Sam Phillips (who discovered Elvis at Sun Records).
Tom supplemented his radio habit by starting an audio/video production company and studios and a school of broadcasting.

In 1985, Tom landed a job as an air personality at WRVR AM/FM and got his start working in news.
​
During this time, Tom also worked in television production, including a contracted stint for 'The Today Show' on NBC. Tom also worked for various TV networks, and even did some reporting. He also featured in local television commercials.
​
Tom spent 10 years riding with and documenting the work of various Fire Departments across America. His work caught the eye of many networks including PBS, FOX, FETN, and working fire. His reality footage of the fire service was used for many documentaries/local and national network shows like PBS's NOVA.

​​Through the years, Tom has been contracted and worked for many television networks and local television stations including the 3ABN television network, and WSIL TV3 in southern Illinois.

Behind the scenes, Tom is a husband to his beautiful wife Vicki, their four grown children and loved Paw Paw of 7! Tom is known for his hilarious sense of humor, the occasional urge to pull a prank, and his down-to-earth care of others. Tom also loves sharing Jesus with others, preaching, and working as an announcer on Christian Radio at WBVN Illinois, and voiceover artist for Brave Enough, a Christian Charity in Australia.

Danni Synot
Presenting Host
Danni is the Founder and CEO of Australian Charity Brave Enough and host of Brave Conversations Podcast, with her good friend Tom Mann, produced by AccessMore, USA. (EMF) (KLOVE). She is also the host of Brave to Go Devotionals, which airs on radio stations nationally across Australia and on Good TV.
​
It's her God-given passion to share openly through her messages on life issues, encouraging us to be brave enough to heal and find hope and freedom in the love of Jesus. Danni also has a huge passion for good mischief, being real and doing life together.
​
Danni is a dynamic preacher, speaker and television, radio & podcast presenter and has featured on various networks with diverse experiences in ministry and presenting, in 15 countries around the globe. She is also a Christian speaker, and the author of the book and video study series "Every Heart’s Cry" and a qualified counsellor.
​
Her television ministry adventures as a presenter have included The multi-award-winning Beyond the Search documentary series, The Epic series, Record Infocus, Recovery Road and Brave to Go. Danni has also worked in radio for several years on 96three FM on 'Daytime with Danni', 'The Morning Buzz with Jay & Danni' and then her own national radio show 'Big Brave Life'.

Danni has also worked behind the scenes for various Television and Radio Networks including Hope Channel, 3ABN, 96three FM, Brave Enough and Brave Radio. Besides presenting, some of her roles have included director, producer, production coordinator, editor, presenter trainer and floor manager.
In her previous endeavours, Danni has worked as an outreach pastor, assistant pastor, counsellor, chaplain, and community centre manager, among other things.

Calling Australia home, Danni lives with her husband Mark, and they share three grown children Hannah, Adam and Logan ...and their cheeky fur-babies Princess & Benji​
To relax Danni enjoys sitting by the beach, designing and creating purposeful gifts like t-shirts and faith-inspired jewellery. She loves spending time laughing out loud, pulling pranks and sipping on a good almond chai latte.
